News from the Hoowla team – Land Registry OC1, A New Search Provider, Updated Precedents and more

We are pleased to announce that the next phase in our integration with Land Registry Business Gateway is live. We’d also like to welcome a new search provider to Hoowla and let you know we’ve updated our precedence packs. Finally based on the feedback of our fantastic clients, we’ve made a number of important updates to our interface. The updates are ready for you to use and if you have any questions or feedback then please get in touch.

The Land Registry: Application for Official Copies


You can now request Official Copies of the Register from within a case and have the digital version of the Official Copy Title Plan instantly returned. CEO of Hoowla, Adam Curtis comments:

New search provider: Quantus Conveyancing Support Services
We would like to welcome Quantus as the latest search provider to integrate their services with us. We have teamed up with Quantus to enable our clients to order searches from within Hoowla via them.

Improved key dates
We’ve listened to your feedback and made improvements to key dates following the release of our newly designed case screen last month. Key dates now feature much more prominently, helping to keep everyone on track.

Improved precedent pack and new workflows
We’ve updated our precedent pack with new letters and improved our default workflows. All clients have access to our default templates but if you have your own letters and workflows we’ll add them to Hoowla for you.

Improving your experience
Your feedback has helped us improve Hoowla. Here are just a few of your improvements. Create case button now called instruct client, a go to case button for clients, clients name appears on the case screen, search by clients on case screen, reassign case sends email.

Hoowla launches OC1 Application for Official Copies as part of continued Land Registry Integration

Hoowla has announced that the next phase in their integration with Land Registry Business Gateway has gone live. Clients can now request Official Copies of the Register from within Hoowla’s conveyancing case management software.

Hoowla automatically provides the title number and tenure for properties via the Search by Property Description Service. This information along with details of the conveyancing firm is used when submitting the OC1 Application form through Hoowla. The digital version of the Official Copy Title Plan is then instantly returned and attached to the case.

We’re excited to announce that the first stage in our integration with Land Registry Business Gateway has gone live. We have also listened to your feedback and added some great new features and improvements and have a new search provider to welcome on board. Read on to see what we’ve been up to and log in, the updates are ready for you to use. If you have any questions or feedback then please get in touch.

The Land Registry: Search by Property Description

You can now link your Land Registry Business Gateway account to Hoowla and we will automatically and instantly return the title number and tenure for your properties when you create a case. CEO of Hoowla, Adam Curtis comments:

“The Search by Property Description service is the first Land Registry Business Gateway service to go live in Hoowla. It marks another big milestone for us and we’re not stopping here. There’s more to come with OC1 application for official copies next on our list.”

Manage Your Client Referrals
 
We’ve made it easier for firms using our conveyancing calculator to manage new clients and referrals from introducers. Use our new quote statuses along with activity notes so you know exactly where potential clients are in their decision making helping you to focus on winning that instruction.

New Search Provider
 
We would like to welcome The National Search Service as our latest integrated search provider. Users of NSS can now order searches directly from Hoowla and have them automatically uploaded to their case.

Track Your Client Referrals
 
We’ve enhanced our quote calculator to provide you with even more information about where your new clients and referrals came from. Create unique buttons for introducers and your own website, all linked to the same costs in a single Hoowla conveyancing calculator making it much easier to manage.
