We have added a host of graphs and statistics to allow you to monitor your firm’s performance and ensure your meeting business targets. Track open and closed cases, average completion times, staff workloads and more
Easily Assign Referred Cases
We found that Estate Agents referring clients to your practice through Hoowla often sent the invite to your firms generic email address. You can now easily pick up all these cases and assign them to the appropriate fee earner
Transfer Of Equity Workflow
We continue our improvement of our default data by adding a default transfer of equity workflow.
Online Forms For Clients
Create any customisable form you like for clients to fill in online. For client questionnaires to fixtures and fittings. Save on printing costs and data entry time. This new feature make it easier for clients to get details back to you.
Highlight Overdue Tasks
You can now add estimated durations to tasks in your workflow and Hoowla will let you know if they are running overdue. Easily add a delay to the case if a holdup is out of your control
Signup Reminders For Clients
Clients are busy people and can sometimes miss your first invite email. Hoowla now remind’s them that they have been invited to a case.

Case Digest Report
Keeping in touch with clients is so important so we created the case digest report which automatically emails recent activity highlighting case progress to everyone involved in the case.
Record Key Dates
Organising the ideal exchange date between all parties takes time. To help we have added key dates so you can record any dates and deadlines you’re working towards and share them.
Help Managing Workloads
It’s demanding managing your caseload and requires you to be organised. Hoowla will highlight in red any cases that haven’t been updated in over a week helping to ensure you stay on track.
Add Private Notes
You have asked if you can add private notes to a case and we’ve listened. You can now record private notes giving you more control over information and updates everyone involved receives.
Improve Client Communication
Your clients can now easily request an updated on their case in Hoowla. You will be notified via email and a note will be added to the case allowing you to quickly respond and manage their expectations.

We understand that everyone works differently. By allowing you to create your own custom data fields, you can now easily capture any important case information you need – complete flexibility and control.
Improved Invite Emails
Based on your feedback we have redesigned the emails sent out through Hoowla when you invite people to your case. They now include extra information such as the properties address and name of your company.
New Look Case List
You can now quickly find the case you’re working on. We have improved the layout of your case list and added the ability for you to search for cases by address and filter them by buyers and sellers.
One Click Address Lookup
Your time is precious and we want to help you save it where we can. In this release we have added the ability for you to quickly look up your properties address and enter it into a case at the click of a button.
New Task To-do List
We have listened to your feedback and changed the way task statuses work. They are now your task to-do list allowing you to easily keep track of what you’ve done at each step in your workflow.
Notes In One Place
To help keep everyone in the picture as your case progresses we have added a notes panel featuring all notes added to a case. At a glance see questions raised by clients and easily share updates to tasks.

Upload Case Documents
You can now manage all letters and documents for a case through our new documents panel. Easily add signed contracts, upload searches and manage who has permission to read them.
Searches UK Partnership
You can now order your searches from Searches UK through Hoowla and if you do then your case will be completely free. We won’t charge you a penny.
New Navigation And Help
We have improved our user interface making it easier than ever to navigate through Hoowla. We have also added a button to our user guide on each page so help is only ever a click away.
