We’ve launched our secure deal room
As always we are one step ahead of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Portal. Conveyancers can collaborate on legal documents in Hoowla and now lock them in our secure deal room prior to exchange. We believe one of the greatest challenges to conveyancers today is effective communication and collaboration. Our main focus at Hoowla is the provision of a secure platform for firms to progress conveyancing transactions and manage interactions with clients, other conveyancers and estate agents.
Collaborate securly on documents
Conveyancers can share, review and securely collaborate on contracts through Hoowla. No more marking up hard copies, scanning in documents, searching through emails and triple checking you have the right version.
Lock contracts prior to exchange
Contracts can be shared with clients for review and once finalised and all parties are happy, it can be locked securely in our deal room. Locking a contract in the deal room means no further edits can be made, the contract can only be viewed.
